The Peninsula Symphonic Band and Swingin’ Door Big Band have selected their 2023 Summer Band Camp scholarship recipients, each of whom will receive $350 toward their camp tuition.
Scholarships were awarded to Benjamin Grota of Southern Door High School; Cora Carriere of Gibraltar High School; Ezra Linnan of Sevastopol High School; and Miles Richmond, Olive Wisniewski and Katja Nelson-Newman, all of Gibraltar Middle School.
The scholarship program is funded through donations collected at Swingin’ Door Big Band and Peninsula Symphonic Band performances.
